Applied User Experience Training

As online and mobile development grows increasingly Agile, user experience designers must adapt their skills to be faster, more flexible and more collaborative.

Lean UX has been the response to this changing landscape, and this course is a deep dive into three key areas of this new approach: customer research, problem-solving and collaborative design.

This is a hands-on course, and we’ll be taking the principles of Lean UX to heart. We’ll interview real customers of one of Dublin’s most recognised brands. We’ll get out of the building and conduct fieldwork in Dublin city centre. And we’ll bring all our research, ideas and designs together during collaborative workshops with small problem-focused teams.

Note: This is not a beginner’s course. It assumes you have knowledge of the basic UX principles and theories; and some experience wireframing, user testing and prototyping.
